Under our returns policy, a grace period of 14 days is availed to the customer, and during this grace period they can exercise their right to cancellation – thus cancelling the previously placed order.

The request for cancellation must be done not later than 14 working days after the goods have been received. However, a request for cancellation cannot be honoured on orders made on the following items: Customized specifications and goods made to order, Special orders, Curved and Straight starlifts, and any other hoists or lifts that have been cut and made to measure.
The 14 days grace period has its limitations – as it is not applicable to every order made via a phone request, or orders which were placed via our website. The 14 days grace period cannot be utilized for clients or transactions that fall under any of the following categories:
